The Masterplan
Creating strong foundations for AnyTech's prospects conversations
To help AnyTech position themselves as an industry leader when it comes to financial technology, Verra Asia proposed a complete redevelopment of their website.
However, before the website redevelopment could commence, Verra Asia identified a pressing need to establish clear brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency as the business matures.
Our Approach
Understanding the target audience and building out buyer personas
In order to deliver a complete website and brand experience, it was crucial for Verra Asia to first understand AnyTech's core business and target audience. Through several in-depth discussions, Verra Asia and AnyTech aligned on the buyer personas and the customer value proposition, which would guide the development of the future website.
Verra Asia then helped AnyTech solidify their brand identity through a brand style guide. This comprehensive document served as a reference point for how the brand should be presented and communicated. This incudes sections defining the brand colours, logos, typography, applications and more.
With the brand style guide complete, Verra Asia then began redesigning and developing the website from the ground up, to better serve future potential clients who sought to find out more about the business. A few of the key pain points identified for the previous website were that the pages took a long time to load and sometimes rendered incorrectly.
As such, Verra Asia identified a suitable tech stack that would remedy these issues, which also served as a better platform to build an attractive website. Working closely with the client, Verra Asia also reworked the site structure and used storytelling techniques to create effective website copy that would resonate with the challenges commonly faced by banks and financial institutions currently.
The Results
The brand style guide injected new energy into the existing AnyTech branding, serving as a future reference for marketing and communication efforts. The website development efforts culminated in a completely redesigned website that is simultaneously attractive and effective at communicating AnyTech's value proposition.
