HReasily

HReasily is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform founded in 2015. An HR management platform focused on digitalising payroll and other HR management tasks, HReasily’s app offers end-to-end solutions for companies of every size. In just under five years, HReasily has grown exponentially and now boasts over 80 employees and localised support for eight countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

To support their rapid growth, HReasily engaged Verra Asia to enhance their branding and strengthen its brand presence. This limited engagement later expanded to the comprehensive support that Verra Asia provides HReasily today.

 

Redefining Brand Guidelines and Refreshing Collaterals

Verra Asia started with the development of pitch tools and collaterals to support HReasily’s strong product. Realising the need for a sharper, more cohesive visual image to drive better customer experience, Verra Asia worked with HReasily to redefine their brand personality.

This refresh involved updating HReasily’s collaterals to closely align with its goal of providing SMEs with high-tech, simple solutions that transform their work processes. The result: clean, modern creatives with a clear visual story.

 

Website Design and Development

To go along with HReasily’s new brand guidelines, Verra Asia conceptualised and implemented the refreshing of the HReasily’s web presence. This included the development and management of a new website with optimised navigation for improved customer experience, as well as the creation of supporting content and creatives.

 

Video Development

Verra Asia developed several brand and service videos as part of the evergreen collaterals generated for HReasily. To gain a deeper insight into HReasily’s brand, its values and offered services, Verra Asia conducted workshops with HReasily’s leadership team and distilled the findings. Our team managed the brand video production process from start to end to produce high-quality, professionally-produced videos that perfectly captures HReasily’s brand and its values.

 

Event Management

Verra Asia helped HReasily put its best foot forward at RISE conference 2019, well-renowned as the largest tech conference in Asia. To tie in with newly revamped event collaterals such as decks, pamphlets and videos, Verra Asia conceptualised an accompanying event booth for HReasily to stand out from the crowd.

 

Earned Media

On the strength of its content team and its network of media professionals, Verra Asia generates buzz for HReasily when it matters most. To date, HReasily has been featured for thought-leadership on major outlets like Money FM and received extensive press coverage on publications including Forbes, e27 and TechInAsia.

 

Digital Marketing Strategising and Campaigns

As part of our strategy to bolster HReasily’s online presence, Verra Asia rolled out digital marketing campaigns across Google and Facebook. With the team’s expertise, Verra Asia coordinated regional marketing efforts, effectively handled localisation, obtained country-level insights and gained a deep understanding of cultural nuances across regional markets.

Through our close working relationship with HReasily, Verra Asia has cultivated an agile approach where campaigns are optimised weekly. We have generated a sustainable pipeline of high-quality leads that the sales teams in respective markets can then follow up on. This ensures that HReasily’s sales team can focus on selling and closing deals while our marketing team handles prospecting.

 

Content Marketing and Worklife easily

To maximise HReasily’s brand presence, Verra Asia crafted a detailed content strategy which saw the birth of HReasily’s holistic content marketing platform, Worklife Easily. Housed on the HReasily website and supported by email marketing and social media management efforts, Worklife easily positions HReasily as a thought leader in the HR industry.

Verra Asia creates all of Worklife easily’s content and creatives from scratch. Our email marketing campaigns consistently outperform industry benchmarks in both open and click-through rates, serving as another channel of lead activation for HReasily.

 

HubSpot Implementation

With so many concurrent efforts going on, HReasily was struggling to juggle with multiple manual marketing and sales processes. Verra Asia, as a certified agency under HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program, stepped in. Using HubSpot’s integrated solutions, Verra Asia was able to streamline HReasily’s various marketing and sales workflows into a single platform.
